At M Recruitment we specialise in the recruitment of Hospitality & Luxury Private Household staff. M Recruitment have a strong presence in Ireland, the UK, and the Middle East, we are well placed to service all Hospitality, Luxury Private/PRS Household & executive search markets. All shortlisted candidates will be met in person or by video call. We like the professional yet personable approach building up a rapport in a confidential manner. Who are our consultants?
All our consultants have many years of experience in either hospitality or the Luxury Household industries and have a in depth knowledge of regulations and the recruitment process. Their experience & capability is highly beneficial as they will give sound advice & do their absolute best ensuing your specific needs are met. Once a candidate is placed, we provide a through follow up service for both them and the client.
M Recruitment trained consultants also carry out Management Executive Search's for our loyal clients for senior professionals across a number of sectors as part of our overall service.
We use a rigorous 8 step recruitment selection process

We are happy to consult with you via Zoom, at your residence, business or if you prefer a less intrusive meeting our consultants can meet you at a location of your choice. We have access to private meeting rooms where we can discuss your requirements for full and complete privacy.

We will listen to your precise requirements and explain how the process works. We will get a full understanding and create a detailed job specification in order to attract the best available candidates.

Once we have got a full understanding of your precise requirements, we will advertise and resource for the position through all the main job boards and our extensive database. We have the tools and expertise to source the very best candidates available in the marketplace.

We will filter through an average of 50 applications and will short list only the finest candidates. We will then screen the candidate over the phone and create an interview short list.

Stage 5 involves two in-depth interviews by our experienced consultants. We then conduct extensive background checks including: 1. A minimum of two former employers where questions are tailored to your specific requirements 2. Candidates are Garda (police) vetted if & when required* 3. We have templates for non-disclosure agreements (NDA) for full client privilege and confidentiality.

Suitable candidate are presented for interview. We will endeavor to present as much choice as possible but ideally, we are focused on finding the correct candidate for your business, residence or office. Again, we can offer private meeting rooms for full privacy and discretion if required.

Once clients are happy with their selection and are happy to proceed to offer, our consultants will make a written offer and a written acceptance on your behalf. For Private household staff our service can include HR advice* and draw up a legal contract etc. *subject to terms.

Part of our bespoke service is the aftercare. Once candidates commence employment we liaise with both clients and candidates so ensure that both are happy with the new position.
